Rudolfinum - Dvořák Hall
12 / 11 / 2019
Arsilda_web II (1).jpg

Arsilda is one of Vivaldi’s most important stage works, and the composer frequently drew musical material from it for his later operas. It is therefore all the more surprising that this beautiful musical setting of a superb libretto by Domenico Lalli dealing with the eternal subject of deceit and pretence had to wait more then 300 years for its modern-era revival.
